DistiSuite Service Level Agreement
No legalese. No loopholes.
We believe your DistiSuite website should always be protected from unscheduled outages. We make a commitment to keep your DistiSuite-powered website online, and have the resources and talent to deliver on this commitment.
Most importantly, we're prepared to take accountability. For every 60 minutes of unscheduled downtime, we will credit your next invoice with the equivalent of 1 day's hosting/licensing fee (up to 100% of your per month hosting/licensing fee). Regardless of the reasons behind it, we consider downtime as follows: any time your DistiSuite-powered website is offline as a result of a failure in our systems, data center, or network. We begin counting from the minute you contact our support team about the issue.
That is all there is to it. We have endeavored to make our SLA as simple as possible. Please note that this SLA does not cover configuration errors on your part. Like all service providers, we may schedule occasional maintenance periods that will affect the availability of your DistiSuite website. Due to our release schedule, very brief scheduled maintenance (typically less than 1 hour) should be expected every other Sunday. We will post notification in the event of lengthy scheduled maintenance (usually associated with larger releases).
